Sellers, please ensure that all horses posted for racing are physically sound and suitable for racing. Any horses advertised for breeding should also be physically suitable for breeding. This is NOT a site for Off-the-Track Thoroughbreds (OTTBs).

The Thoroughbred Store offers no warranty or has any legal responsibility for any horse sold through this site.

Rules

1) Please make sure all horses posted are able to be raced or bred, whether that racing is on the flat or over jumps. Some buyers will be present to look for steeplechase prospects so any horses sold on this site should be free of career-ending injuries, especially for geldings. All geldings posted will be heavily scrutinized for possible injuries. For fillies and mares sold as broodmare prospects, please ensure they are sound as to be suitable for mating.

2) Any re-use of an ad slot for multiple horses will get you banned. Period.
